PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customizing distribution device which can precisely distribute information corresponding to respective users to the users without a trouble and time. SOLUTION: The index, the keyword and the text of an article are stored in an article data base 1. When a user executes an access operation by an operation part 9, an operation monitor 7 detects it and an interest calculator 4 calculates a selection probability which is made to correspond to the keyword of the article and stores it in a user data base 2. An interest estimator 5 calculates interest intensity estimation values for the respective articles (indexes) based on the selection probability and stores them in the user data base 2. An article selector 3 selects article data stored in the article data base 1 based on the interest intensity estimation value and an article display layouter 6 displays article data on a display part 8.
