TORQUE METER CAPABLE OF MEASURING LARGE AND SMALL QUANTITY TORQUE INDEPENDENTLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque meter which can correctly measure a large and small quantity torque in an independent state by controlling an air clamp by an air pressure and clearly switching the measurement for each torque when measuring with separate use of two torque meters having ranges of the large and small quantity torque of different physical quantity. SOLUTION: Both a large torque meter 2 which is mounted to a strain gage 24 and can measure a large quantity torque and small torque meter 3 which is mounted to a strain gage 34 and can measure a small quantity torque are coupled on the same axis. An air clamp 5 detachable to both the large torque meter 2 and the small torque meter 3 is controlled by adjusting an air pressure, so that a large quantity torque can be measured by the large torque meter 2 and a small quantity torque can be measured by the small torque meter 3, independently.
