PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utilization rate of the power of an entire power system and to reduce harmonics by calculating the difference between a voltage waveform and a reference electronic waveform being obtained from a waveform detection part and controlling the operation status of an inverter to cancel the difference. SOLUTION: A control part 5 calculates the difference between a voltage waveform being obtained from a waveform detection part 3 and a reference voltage waveform being obtained from a reference voltage waveform generation part 4 and controls the operation status of an inverter 2 so that the difference can be canceled. Then, the output of the inverter 2 is connected to a transmission line 7 via a safety device 6 for coordinating system and is connected to the leads of various kinds of electric appliances 8. As a result, by speedily changing the operation condition of the inverter so that the voltage waveform of the entire power system coincides with a reference voltage waveform that is a sinusoidal waveform in most cases, the efficiency of the entire power system can be improved and the harmonics of the power system can be reduced efficiently. |
