PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the storage memory of a receiver and to suppress delay in the data of a high real time property in a data transmitter used in the various kinds of electric equipment. SOLUTION: For the data arriving from a communication path 106, error detection and reception number deviation detection are performed in an error detection means 103. When the data are normal, they are stored in a reception buffer 104 and they are transmitted when they are the data transmittable to an image decoding means 105. In the case that the data are abnormal a retransmission request is transmitted by using the communication path 106. In the case that the retransmission request arrives from a reception side, a transmission control means 107 makes an image encoding means 100 interrupt data transmission and transmits the data matched with the retransmission request from the data stored in a transmission buffer 102. After the data transmission, the transmission control means 107 interrupts the data transmission and restarts the data transmission after the lapse of fixed time. |
