PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device excellent in durability and handleability and capable of being surely driven, which is constituted so that an image carrier can be surely and stably brought into contact with a developing roller and the other abutting members. SOLUTION: The thin cylindrical image carrier 140 having flexibility is supported by a pair of disk-like members rotatably fitted to a shaft 110 which does not rotate by itself. Besides, the shaft 110 is rotatably provided with a backup drum 150 via a decentering bearing 154. The drum 150 is fitted to the shaft 110 inside the carrier 140 so as to support the carrier 140 from the inside at a position where a cleaning blade 210 abuts on the carrier 140 from the outside. Then, the drum 150 is constituted of kraft paper. |
