PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a gas chromatograph in which a temperature condition for a cleanup can be set and changed easily without disturbing a daily analytical condition. SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of temperature setting parts 9 which set respective temperatures of a plurality of heating parts such as a sample introduction part 3, a column part 4 and the like are prepared. The temperature of every heating part in an ordinary analysis is set in one set of temperature setting parts. The temperature of every heating part in a cleanup is set in the other set of temperature setting parts, A temperature setting part 10 and a temperature setting part 11 are changed over. By this constitution, the temperature condition of a gas chromatograph can be changed quickly and simply from an ordinary analysis to a cleanup or reversely.
