PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of work conducted at an outer peripheral part of a work. SOLUTION: A turn table 12 is freely rotable around an axis approximately vertical to a mounting plane 26 on which the work, in which a second stamper is closely adhered to a first stamper, is mounted. One being in contact with the mounting plane 26 among the first stamper and the second stamper is fixed onto the mounting plane 26 by a work holding means. One not being in contact with the mounting plane 26 among the first stamper and the second stamper is grasped by a releaser 22 which is freely movable along a direction orthogonal to the mounting plane 26 so as to approach/leave the turn table 12.
