PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposing device of a master optical disk capable of easily forming a pit and a groove having the width wider than that of the pit. SOLUTION: A signal of a frequency F1 is generated in a voltage control oscillator(VCO)(1) 10. A signal of a frequency F2 is generated in a VCO(2) 11. Each signal is selected/synthesized by a synthesizer 14 and inputted to an AO deflector 6. When the pit of a discrete information pattern is formed, the F1 is selected. When a latent image of one wide guiding groove wider than a half-value width of the intensity of a single converged beam is formed on the master optical disk 8, the F1 and the F2 are synthesized.
