PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make suitable for adjusting the alignment of a highly flat tire, measure the pure side-force component of each wheel, rationally evaluate whether an amount equivalent to the single flow of the vehicle and a side slip is conforming or not, based on the measurement value, check the diversified concern of the vehicle behavior being caused by the alignment, and reduce the capacity of a load cell and miniaturize the load cell. SOLUTION: A device is provided with each pair of rollers 10 for placing left/right and front/rear wheels 12-15 rotatably. The device is provided with a load cell 20 for measuring the side-force component of each of the wheels 12-15 being placed at the rollers 10. The device is also provided with operation equipment 21 for judging whether an amount equivalent to single flow or side slip is conforming or not by calculating the side force of each of the wheels 12-15 and comparing the calculated value with a reference value.
