CCD elements are operated in combination with visible-light emitting device (40). Sensor (30) obtains first data while light is emitted and second data when no light is emitted. Spectral center of obtained image is determined from first and second data. Certain regions of CCD elements are used to obtain correction data from first and second data, which are used to correct first and second data.
