The bottle crate has a prestressed power store (6a, 9) in each receiving compartment (4) under the bottle. The power store is prestressed by the weight of a full bottle. A bottle which is not full is raised by the power store, which may be connected to the bottom (5) of the crate. Without a bottle on it, the power store may project upward at an angle.
