Phenylpyridazinone derivatives represented by general formula (I), or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof; and drug compositions characterized by containing as the active ingredients the above derivatives or salts, and medicinally acceptable carriers or diluents, wherein R<1> is hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl, an aromatic heterocyclic group or a substituted aromatic heterocyclic group; X and Y are each independently halogeno; Z<1> and Z<2> are each independently a single bond, -CH2-, -C(=O)- or -S(O)n- (wherein n is an integer of 0 to 2); R<2> and R<3> are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, amino, substituted amino, phenyl, substituted phenyl, aralkyl, substituted aralkyl, an aromatic heterocyclic group or a substituted aromatic heterocyclic group.
