FIELD: locking and sealing devices. SUBSTANCE: device has lead-sealing component installed in body. Bottom part of body has hole for fixing on object to be protected. Made in cylindrical part of body is groove for fixing of lead-sealing component which is manufactured in the form of flange of transparent material provided with rim with slots in cylindrical part. Also provided is signalling member. Body of device is made in the form of sleeve and is filled with glue. Signalling member is installed on internal flat surface of flange and is made in the form of hologram manufactured on base of multilayer structure consisting of successively arranged lavsan film, layer of heat-setting varnish, and reflecting layer. Aforesaid embodiment of device possesses improved operating characteristics. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
