SUBSTANCE: diesel fuel-based fuel composition containing phthalic acid ester is distinguished by that the latter is dioctyl phthalate and that composition additionally contains linear oligodimethylsiloxane with kinematic viscosity 1000 sq.mm/s (0.0030-0.0034%) and isopropyl alcohol (0.0040-0.0048%).
