FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant using gas producer to drive windmill turbine has its windmill mounted on supporting structure; its turbine uses gas producers for driving it during low or no wind and incorporates air flow contraction; plant also has electric generator and automatic control system; novelty is multistage design of turbine provided with guide nozzle assemblies and ejector; the latter is multistage structure in the form of ring nozzles coaxially arranged relative to each other; exhaust stage of turbine has shroud with aerodynamic-airfoil blades. EFFECT: improved utilization of wind energy; increased windmill specific power and gas- producer efficiency, enlarged functional capabilities of plant. 8 cl, 8 dwg
