FIELD: decontamination of nuclear industry liquid wastes. SUBSTANCE: air or ozone-air mixture is dispersed into solution contaminated with thorium, uranium, and transuranium elements; then solution is passed through vibration-boiling iron-coke or cast-iron-coke electric couple with varying vibration frequency; pH of medium is corrected by means of alkali adding montmorillonite clay, whereupon solid phase is separated; vibration boiling of couple is effected by vertical and horizontal vibrations; vibration frequency is varied while comparing readings of pH meters mounted upstream and downstream of electric couple.
