PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately switch a VHF circuit and a UHF circuit even if the arrangement of a control terminal is changed in accordance with an input data for control in a tuner device composed of a switching circuit, a tuner IC with built-in PLL being a tuner device using the switching circuit and its peripheral circuits. SOLUTION: This device converts serial control data including band switch data into parallel data, supplies it to a band switch driver 11, supplies a part of outputs of the driver 11 to a bias circuit 12 and performs a logical operation, and performs switching control of VHF and UHF oscillators and mixers 14 and 15 by using there results. Thus, it is possible to surely control VL and VH bands for the serial control data including the band switch data even if the arrangement of a controlled terminal is changed.
