Front, back and intermediate chambers and a valve conversion chamber, formed along the longitudinal directions of a piston (130) and a valve (140), have diameters that differ mutually so that a cyclic chamber in which a fluid can flow is formed among inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the piston. A cylinder has a cylinder block which has fluid paths for supply and discharge of hydraulic oil. The valve, installed between the cylinder and piston, opens and closes a flow path by being interlocked to the operation of the piston. Steps are formed to the upper and lower end surfaces of the valve. A piston hole is formed along longitudinal direction of the valve. A cyclic protrusion object is formed to front and rear outer circumferential surface of the valve. The cylinder is formed with cylinder holes to carry out the reciprocating motion of the piston. A rear cover (120) is installed behind the valve and cylinder.
