The valve has a valve body (12), tensioned by a spring (17) against a valve seat (10) in a housing (2). The valve body is at least partially formed by an elastomer plate (11), esp. on the sealing surface. A threaded screw (18) acts as abutment for the spring. The valve body is formed by a cylindrical body with flow grooves (14) in its jacket surface, alternating with guide rails (13). The plate is positioned in the center of grooves and rails.
