The funnel grinding device has two counter-rotating rolls (3, 4) with the induction cavity between them covered by a counter-cutting device (8) which has two counter cutters (e.g. 13), two impact surfaces (e.g. 14) and two induction surfaces (e.g. 12). The induction funnel (2) consists of fixed part (10) connected to the casing (5) and a rotating part (11) receiving the material.
