A double-seated valve has a piston (4) with two radial seats (6,7) which are set apart along the radial axis. The piston (4) has a number of apertures (4b) aligned with the piston mantle edge and the valve surround. The two seals (6,7) rest against the valve seat (3a) and move into the recess when the valves is opened.
