The locking plate (10) has holes (14,15) for each of the three settings of the bolting pins (4,5) plus an additional hole (16) to one side and the two pins (4,5) are spaced out (9) on pushrod sector (3) for fixing to the lower casement and each is pin furnished here with a head (6,5) so as to engage the plate (10) from below, with each pin aligned in their open setting with the side hole (16) of the plate (10). One of the pins is designed (4a) as a traversing pin used to press hole in the casement in the closed setting, and both pin holes (14,15) and associated side hole (16) are mirror-symmetric in relation to the datum plane (11) normal to the pushrod sector (3) pushing direction (x). Each pin hole (14,15) and side hole (16) form a tee figure in which the crosspiece is formed by the side hole (16) and the legs by the engaging sectors (14a,15a) for closed or open-tipped settings.
