FIELD: pipe line fittings; actuating stop valve or pressure relief valve fitted in gas lines. SUBSTANCE: gas-and-oil booster and hydraulic pump are located between gas tube branching from primary side of gas line and cylinder of actuating mechanism; they are connected by means of tube for placing the actuating mechanism in operation for closing the stop valve or opening the pressure relied valve by hydraulic pressure increased with the aid of booster at pressure of primary side of gas line used as source of energy and restoration of booster by hydraulic pump mounted between booster and actuating mechanism to return gas line via gas tube. EFFECT: enhanced safety of using gas in gas line as source of energy for actuating mechanism. 8 cl, 11 dwg
