<p>A capillary electrophoretic system comprising a plate member having a channel for supplying liquid, and a body having a structure for holding the plate member removably and moving the plate member relatively in a mounted state, wherein the body comprises first and second electrodes for applying a voltage across the channel in the plate member to take out a liquid by separating it from one end of the channel, and first and second buffer liquid tanks which fill the buffer liquid around each of the first and second electrodes and can communicate with the channel in the plate member at a specified position. Time and labor required for cleaning the electrophoretic channel or replacing a quartz substrate are reduced while facilitating the sample introducing work to allow a plurality of liquid samples to be analyzed in a short time.</p> |
