摘要

FIELD: electronic engineering; devices using autoemission cathodes. SUBSTANCE: electron source has piezoceramic cavity with two gate electrodes connected to input voltage supply. Inserted inside plate is point emitter whose pointed end is placed in depression. Cavity parts under gate electrodes are polarized in opposite directions. External layer of cavity under one of gate electrodes is polarized in opposite direction to this part of cavity. Cavity section is polarized along depression surface from point emitter towards depression edge and area around this section is polarized in opposite direction relative to cavity parts.
