Colored dye agglomerate preparation giving a dust-free product involves mixing and compressing binder and pigment. Preparation of a colored dye agglomerate comprises mixing liquid or solid binder with powdered color pigments, homogenizing and compressing. Independent claims are included for the preparation of colored polymer particles, particularly a granulate, by adding a dye agglomerate as above to a polymer support, mixing and extruding and also the obtained dye and colored polymer agglomerates.
