The drawing tool has membrane plates (26,28) in the sub-structure (15) containing the sheet holding plate (16) and/or the drawing ring (19) with chambers (22,24) open to the holder plate or drawing ring. The membrane plates, which can be acted on by a pressure flow, can be moved perpendicular to their surface stretching direction, supporting at least parts of the holder plate or drawing ring.
