The free wheel has outer surfaces (17,18,23) parallel with the pivot axle on which turn a cylindrical inner part (9) and outer ring (11). Clamping bodies (14) tilt on tilt axes (19) parallel with the pivot axis. The running surfaces (15,16) of the inner part or outer ring face each other and face concave or sloping operating surfaces on the clamps. Guide surfaces join the operating surfaces and face an attachment. In one tilted position of the clamps, a free wheel exists between the inner part and outer ring. Elastic spring elements parallel with the separate clamps act as attachment.
