SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical housing 1, liquid supply pipe union 2 and liquid discharge pipe unions 5 and 6, heads 3 and 4 hermetically connected with porous parts 7 and 8 coated with drainage material 9 with semi-permeable diaphragm 11. Porous parts are made in form of concentric cylinders connected with heads 3 and 4 by means of common bases 10. Porous part 8 is mounted for performing circular motion without getting in contact with walls of other porous part by means of eccentric shaft 15; head 4 is hermetically connected with housing 1 by means of corrugation 13. Head 3 of other porous part 7 is rigidly secured to housing 1. EFFECT: increased productivity of apparatus. 1 dwg
