The separation arrangement has a drum (1) suitable for holding the sleeves (4) that is rotatable about an axis (2) inclined wrt. the horizontal and with a peripheral slot (8) at least around the lower drum end, whose width is about the thickness of the part of the sleeve. The slot opens into a bore (9) through the drum wall at its other end in the drum's rotation direction. The bore dia. corresp. approximately to the dia. of the insulation part.
