摘要

FIELD: hydraulic heads used as tools while machining various rocks on natural shelf. SUBSTANCE: proposed nozzle is fitted with intake zone ensuring hydraulic stream through zone mixing and dividing fed jets into sections of pipe-line arranged in opposition and equivalent by force of pressure. Streams of liquid are narrowed in these sections in outflow antiphases and are directed through central holes of injectors placed in opposition to ensure laminar streams of liquid across their outlets. Branch pipe of nozzle interacts with faces of semi-rings of curvilinear zones cut and displaced from plane of common contact for laying of weld of toroidal and opposite sections of zone of mixing and division of hydraulic stream. Ring and semi- ring surfaces of holes of injectors are provided with internal ring grooves for installation of stepped cylindrical sections of branch pipe and injectors that can be conical and cylindrical. Exit section of injector is less than internal diameter of complex profile pipe-line formed by welding along circumferential periphery of joints of sections of branch pipe and injectors. EFFECT: increased rate of drilling of grooves at first stage of separation of rocks thanks to absence of special fixtures balancing direction of wash-out under manual and automated conditions while cutting rocks both out of water and under it. 4 dwg
