PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door operating device capable of saving a space. SOLUTION: A door operating device for operating the air mix doors (first door and second door) comprises a second intermediate lever 14 rotatable relative to a first rotary shaft 8 (a rotary shaft of the first door). The second intermediate lever 14 comprises a guide groove 14a, and a third pin 12c mounted on a first intermediate lever 12 is engaged in this guide groove 14a. Whereby when the first intermediate lever 12 is rotated in interlocking with a driving plate, the third pin 12c is moved in the guide groove 14a, and the second intermediate lever 14 is rotated around the first rotary shaft 8 as a turning fulcrum. Whereas, the second intermediate lever 14 can be independently rotated regardless of the movement of the first rotary shaft 8 and a first door lever 13.
