PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure easiness of separate disposal of wastes and, to enable reuse of a binding fitting. SOLUTION: A base 12 of a binding fitting is provided removably on a shelfback 10 with base fixing elements 11 interposed. Each base fitting element 11 comprises first members 27 which are positioned in a hole 25 formed in the shelfback 10 and hold an edge forming the hole 25 and screws 28 as second members which can be driven into threaded holes 35 provided in the first members 27. The screws 28 are inserted through holes 19 of raised face parts 18 provided on a fixing face part 13 of the base 12 and are driven into the aforesaid threaded holes 35 and thereby the base 12 can be fixed to the shelfback 10.
