PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basket cover device capable of positively covering a basket by locking a cover stably to the basket with simple structure without interefering with stored material. SOLUTION: A band body D10 is wound around a basket P1, and locking members C10 disposed at the outer edge part of a cover body B10 are hooked and locked to fastening coils E1 connected to the band body D10 to cover the basket P1 with the cover body B10.
