PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform dissection processing after coagulation is finished without performing another operation by an operator between two processings even when the dissection processing is performed after the coagulation is finished. SOLUTION: In an electric operating apparatus, an output for performing coagulation is fed to an operating tool by a CPU 13, a wave shape generating circuit 14, an amplifier 15 and an output control part 16 and an output for performing dissection is fed to the operating tool. In addition, impedance of biotissues brought into contact with the operating tool is measured and calculated by means of an electric voltage sensor 21, an electric current sensor 22 and an impedance calculating part 17. Based on the result of calculation by this impedance calculating part 17, output of an electric cautery main body 1 is switched to the output of dissection by the CPU 13 after coagulation processing is finished. |
