STRUCTURE OF ATTACHING PART OF EXHAUST GAS SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an attaching part of an exhaust gas sensor which can shorten the time of interruption of analysis, which can readily calibrate an NOx analyzer and can extremely reduce dynamic pressure affection upon the gas exhaust sensor by engine exhaust gas. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas sensor 1 in an NOx analyzer 2 is incorporated in a protecting cover 3 formed in its peripheral wall with several pores (a) for passing gas while a bottomed cylindrical adapter 4 in which the protecting cover 3 is inserted, is projected into an exhaust manifold 6 of an engine 5, and a changing part 8 for calibration gas is formed in this adapter 4. Further, several pores (b) for passing gas are formed in the peripheral wall of the adapter 4.
