PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop respective barrel tanks at a dismountable position in the opening part of a device main body, at the time of the operation stop of a barrel polishing device in the device of a rotation and revolution type. SOLUTION: This device is provided with: detecting pieces 19 fitted to nearby the opening parts 2a of barrel cases 11 for housing respective barrel tanks 12 and rotating, or fitted to rotating plates 3 for supporting the cases 11 and revolving; a barrel position detecting sensor 20 provided in nearby the opening part of a polishing device main body, and facing the pieces 19 to send an output signal when the opening parts 2a of the cases 11 are positioned facing outward in the regular position of the opening part of the said main body; a rotation speed sensor for detecting the rotation speeds of the rotation and revolution of the cases 11, and a brake-attached motor 7 for stopping in a moment the rotations of the cases 11 and the plates 3 by the signals from the said sensor and the sensor 20. |
