摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a fluid state interrupting material in a cavity part of airfoil without generating an air gap which can be a cause damaging the airfoil during excavation by laser. SOLUTION: An arranging method for an interrupting material 64 in a second span directional region 48 in a leading edge region of airfoil includes expanding of a bubble in a second environment of half vacuum by providing an impingement hole 56 adjacent to a region R having apprehension formed with the bubble 72, so as to exhaust at least part of the bubble 72 through this hole. By compressing the bubble 72 left in the region 48 successively in a third environment, an air gap including the bubble 72 is moved so as to separate from the center line of a laser beam.</p>
