<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make air diffusing bubbles minute and to reduce air diffusing power by forming air diffusing holes for releasing the bubbles of supplied air in the propeller blade surface of an agitator. SOLUTION: The housing 2 of an air diffusion-agitation apparatus is composed of an upper housing 2a and a lower housing 2b, and an agitator is installed between the housings 2a, 2b. The propeller 50 of the agitator 5 is composed of a quarter circle-shaped propeller blades of a pair and its blade root part is connected to a propeller boss 51 fixed to a driving shaft 32. An air passage 52 is installed in the radiation direction of the propeller 50, and numbers of fine air diffusing holes 53 are formed linearly along the passage 52, The air diffusing holes 53 communicate with the passage 52 and are opened to the back side in the front fringe part of each rotating propeller blade. In this way, air diffusing bubbles can be made minute, and air diffusing power can be reduced to improve air diffusion efficiency.</p> |
