PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of automobile trimming material being lighter in weight and excellent in strength. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a carbon fiber 2 and a resin fiber 3 are mixed together. Then, this mixed one is subject to needling work. As this needle 4, such one as 0.11 to 0.18 mm in its depth and nothing of any kickup is used. Those of being processed is heated whereby the resin fiber is melted, and in this heated state, it is compressed into the specified thickness. |
