PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of a joint pin easily even at the time of performing cast-in-place at a site of a foundation. SOLUTION: Nuts 25, 26 for adjusting height and a joint pin 27 are screwed successively to an anchor bolt 23 buried into the foundation 21 from a lower section, a cylindrical base-correcting member 32 is installed to the outer circumferences of these nuts and joint pin, an anchor fixture 33 is screwed to the upper section of the joint pin 27, and the part of the anchor fixture 33 is retained to an anchor fixing plate 46 retained to forms 45. Concrete placed into forms 45 is solidified, a digging-in section is formed around the joint pin 27 by removing the base correcting member 32, the upper end of the projecting anchor bolt 23 in the digging-in section is corrected to a formal position, and the digging-in section is buried with a grout material.
