PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin compsn. excellent in moldability, heat resistance, and mechanical properties by compounding a polycarbonate resin (A), a rubber-reinforced styrene resin (B), and a polyester resin (C) in a specified wt. ratio of A/B and in a specified wt. ratio of (A+B)/C. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains a polycarbonate resin (A) having a number average mol.wt. of 5,000-300,000 and prepd. from a dihydric phenol (e.g. bisphenol A) and a carbonate precursor (e.g. phosgene), a rubber-reinforced styrene resin (B), and a copolyester (C) in a wt. ratio of A/B of (99/1)-(1/99) and in a wt. ratio of (A+B)/C of (99.9/0.1)-(70/30). Pref., the copolyester is a copolymer formed by bonding ester blocks comprising a polyethylene terephthalate resin or the like to addition polymn. blocks comprising a hydrogenated isoprene/butadiene copolymer or the like.
