PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nitrile rubber/silicone rubber blend improved in oil resistance, heat resistance, touch, and long-term strability by mixing a nitrile rubber with a silicone rubber and a compatibilizer being an ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer. SOLUTION: A nitrile rubber obtained by copolymerizing acrylonitrile with butadiene and having an SP(solubility parameter) of 0.5-10 is blended with a silicone rubber and 1-30 phr of a compatibilizer being an ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer to obtain a nitrile/silicone rubber blend composition which has an SP close to those of both the nitrile rubber and the silicone rubber, does not undergo the bleeding of the silicone component even when left standing in an unvulcanized state for a long term from the initial milling, gives a delamination-free crosslinked molding even when it is in an unvulcanized one having been left standing for a long term, and gives a vulcanizate undergoing little change in properties such as tensile strength. Because the ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer is effective even when added in a small amount, it does not cause the blend to change in fundamental properties.
