PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting apparatus wherein miniaturization of an automatic dust collector is achieved, and requests for its resinification and segmentalization can be satisfied. SOLUTION: This apparatus has an automatic dust collector 12 installed by crossing a water channel 10, and a side part screen 40 arranged over between a side end part of the automatic dust collector 12 and a sidewall of the water channel 10. The side part screen is disposed aslant to the water channel so that at least a part of a water current is introduced to the automatic dust collector 12.
