PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a shelf stand even on the surface of wall with non-woody materials as base materials as well and not to generate traces even on the surface of wall composed of wood by making one of supporting points to attach the shelf stand into projection on the surface of wall, making the other point into wall surface and providing a means for adjusting the inclination angle of a shelf board. SOLUTION: This shelf stand is composed of a longitudinal member 20, a lateral member 21 and a shelf board 27 made of pipes. Besides, a supporter 22 with a projecting part 5 of a wall surface 2 as a supporting point is attached at the upper part of the longitudinal member 21 by a screw 25, and an attaching hole 24 of the support 22 is made into long hole so as to be adjusted corresponding to the protruding quantity of the projecting part 5. The top end of a supporting shaft tool 22 is made into wedge 23 so as to be driven into the projecting part 5. Further, an adjust screw attaching hole 30 is provided at the lower part of the longitudinal member 20, an adjust screw 29, to which a pad 28 with the wall surface 2 as a supporting point is added, is attached and the inclination angle of the shelf board 27 is adjusted. By adjusting the protruding length of the adjust screw 29, a gap 31 with the lower wall surface 2 is adjusted and the inclination of the shelf board 27 is adjusted.
