PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive only a call from a patient whom a nurse herself is in charge of by a portable terminal. SOLUTION: This device is provided with calling button 4a to 4d provided for each sickbed in a ward, a combined corridor lamp 3 installed at each ward to detect the calling of the calling buttons and to display the calling, a controller 2 receiving the calling from the combined corridor lamp, a nurse call master set 1 controlled by the controller and informed of the calling, portable terminals 6a to 6c capable of receiving the calling from the calling buttons and carried with by nurses and an exchange 5 connected to the controller and executing the control of the portable terminals. The nurse call master set is provided with a setting unit setting the designation of a portable terminal accepting the calling of the calling button among the portable terminals.
