PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply to a high-pressure application in a specific operation pressure and at the same time reduce weight and improve heat transfer performance by providing a channel with a long circular cross section and a corrugated pipe outer ring part corresponding to the channel so that a flat pipe can be thinner between each two channels in a direction that is vertical to the pipe than the region of each channel. SOLUTION: In a flat manifold 1, a number of channels 2 are arranged side by side in a direction (y) for crossing the pipe and are provided with an elliptical cross sections. Then, in each of the channels 2, a half-length shaft (a) becomes vertical to the pipe-crossing direction (y), namely parallel with a direction (z) that is vertical to the pipe, and at the same time a half short shaft (b) is in parallel with the pipe-crossing direction (y) and is directed onto a longitudinal neutral surface 3 of the flat manifold 1. In this case, a ratio a/b between the half-length shaft (a) and the half-length shaft (b) in the channel-crossing surface is selected to be within a range of 1 to 2 and the ratio between a long-axis diameter 2a of the flow sectional surface and a pipe pressure (h), namely the pipe length of the direction (z) that is vertical to the pipe, is set to 0.4-0.8. Also, the ratio of a short-axis diameter 2b of the channel sectional surface and a periodical length or a pitch T, namely the distance between the sectional surface center points of the adjacent channels 2, is selected to be 0.4-0.9.
