<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seepage of liquid into the O-ring side, and to suppress hardening reactions at parts in contact with the liquid by providing a scraper at the piston discharge outlet inside the syringe, and by forming parts in contact with the liquid of a fluororesin. SOLUTION: A syringe 1A contains a scraper 3, which is a sealed body connected to a piston rod 2 and adhered with no clearance to the side of a discharge opening 1a inside to the iside of the syringe 1A. A piston 4 is provided slidably within the syringe 1. At an opening 1b side of the piston 4, a sleeve 7 provided for a rear scraper 3a is connected via an O ring 6 that is encased by a cover body 5 an edge 5a thereof is turned back toward the opening 1b. Since the syringe 1, the piston 4, the cover body 5, and the sleeve 7 are composed of a fluororesin, there is no direct contact with the liquid that fills the syringe 1. Therefore, even if the self-hardening liquid makes contact with the piston or other object, there is no hardening reaction and long use is assured.</p> |
