PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract coffee within a constant time at all times by changing a dripping flowrate depending on the amount of hot water to be supplied. SOLUTION: A hot water vessel 1 is formed out of a hot water reservoir part 2 for storing the required number of cups of hot water at once and causing the hot water to flow down, and a shower part 3 for dropping down the hot water in a constant time regardless of a stored amount. The hot water reservoir part 2 is formed out of a vessel body 5 with a flow-out hole 5b at the center of a bottom 5 and a flowrate adjuster 6 having a disc 6c turning and sliding on the internal surface 5a of the vessel body 5. Also, a plurality of holes 6f or the like having a different diameter are drilled through the disc 6c of the flowrate adjuster 6 and the degree of the opening of the flow-out hole 5b is adjusted with the flowrate adjuster 6. The shower part 3 has step-like annular parts 12, 13 and 14 on the external surface with a circular part directed down, and a flow-out hole is drilled through the bottom (circular and annular parts) of each part, thereby causing hot water to sequentially overflow and drop. |
