PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomeric compsn. which is flexible, and excellent in resiliency as well as in heat resistance, and a golf ball having a part formed with this thermoplastic elastomeric compsn. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomeric compsn. contains a hard segment and a soft segment in a molecule and comprises, in admixture, at least either one of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer having a polyester component as the hard segment and a thermoplastic polyamide elastomer having a polyamide component as the hard segment, and a diene type rubber cross-linked by a cross-linking agent, at a wt. ratio of 40:60-95:5.
